Thanksgiving Schedule

No collection on Thursday or Friday, Nov 26 & 27

Thursday and Friday yard waste collection will be delayed one week. Up to twice as much material will be accepted on Thur and Fri, Dec 3 and 4, with no additional charge.

If weather conditions prevent safe collection, we will announce service cancellations on local radio and television stations and on our Collection Delay Bulletin Board

If residential garbage, recycling or yard waste is not collected because of weather conditions, please remove containers from the street. A double load will be accepted with no extra charge on the next regularly scheduled collection day. No credit is given for collection delayed because of weather.

Some recycling dos & don'ts

Combined bottles, cans, paper and cardboard collected from residences and businesses, as well as debris from construction and demolition projects are sorted at Waste Management's Cascade Recycling Center in Woodinville. The center employs advanced technologies from the US and Europe, and ships the sorted commodities to domestic and Pacific Rim markets for use in new products.
