_.	Missed Collection Waste Management is dedicated to meeting all of our customer's needs efficiently and promptly. If your collection has been missed, we want to know about it! If your container(s) were at the curb by 6:00 am on your collection day and were not emptied by 5:00 pm, Waste Management is very sorry for the inconvenience. To report your missed collection, please fill out the fields below. Or call 208 765-4968 the following business day (M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm). We will empty missed containers within 24 hours after they have been reported. Collection times may vary as routing schedules change, and so it is very important to have all containers at the street by 6:00 am. We appreciate your cooperation. Place carts: At least three (3) feet from cars, trees, mailboxes, fences Cart wheels as close to the curb as possible Place cart so that the lid opening faces the street When possible, trucks with robotic arms will lift, empty and replace the carts without the drivers leaving the trucks, reducing safety hazards and traffic congestion.
