Missed Collection

If your container(s) were at the curb by 6:00 am and were not emptied, Click Here or call 1 800 592-9995 (M-F 7 AM - 5 PM, Sat. 9 AM - 1 PM) .

Holidays

Garbage and recycling are collected on all weekday holidays except Thanksgiving (4th Thursday in Nov), Christmas (Dec 25), and New Year's Day (Jan 1).

If your collection day falls on or in the week after one of those three holidays, collection will be one day later that week only.More

Recycling is collected every other week on garbage day.

Where Do Recyclables Go?

Combined bottles, cans, paper and cardboard collected from residences and businesses, as well as debris from construction and demolition projects are sorted at Waste Management's Cascade Recycling Center in Woodinville.
