Curbside Garbage Service
For the safety of our drivers, do not overfill garbage cans or compact contents too tightly.
You may choose between three different cart sizes for garbage collection.
- A 35-gallon cart, recommended for small households and avid recyclers.
- A 65-gallon cart, our most popular size, recommended for a family of two or more.
- Or a 95-gallon cart, recommended for larger households.
Securely bag loose and dusty materials such as ashes, kitty litter, sawdust, animal waste, and packing "peanuts" before placing in the garbage can.
Missed Pickup
If for some reason your garbage, recycling, or yard debris is missed, please call our office at (503) 538-1388
as soon as possible.
If your pick up was missed by our driver, we will return for pick up either the next day or the next collection day with no charge for extras. If the pick up was missed due to the customer not having the can out, there will be an extra charge for us to return for the pick up.
