Vacation Service Hold Request

You may suspend service during a vacation by calling the customer service center.

Residential customers may suspend service due to vacation or other reasons for as long and as often, as desired in one-week increments and be billed pro-rata for actual services received.

Specific Conditions for requesting “Extended Vacation Hold”

  • If your account is suspended or canceled for more than four weeks, to ensure accurate billing and to restart service, please contact the customer service center at least 48 hours prior to your first service day.
