Vacation Service Hold Request

You may suspend service during a vacation by completing the form below or by calling the customer service center.

Residential customers may suspend service due to vacation or other reasons for as long and as often, as desired in one-week increments and be billed pro-rata for actual services received.

For a suspension in service, please complete the form below (*only enter future month and days on the form. It cannot be used to request credit for past service dates) or call customer service at least 48 hours before the first day of suspended service.

Specific Conditions for requesting “Extended Vacation Hold”

  • If your account is suspended or canceled for more than four weeks, to ensure accurate billing and to restart service, please contact the customer service center at least 48 hours prior to your first service day.
