You may suspend service during a vacation by completing the form below.

Residential customers may suspend service due to vacation or other reasons for as long and as often, as desired in one-week increments and be billed pro-rata for actual services received.

For a suspension in service, please complete the form below. (*only enter future month and days on the form. It cannot be used to request credit for past service dates.)

  • If you want to suspend service starting in the next 24 hours, please contact the customer service center (do not fill out the form).

  • If your account is suspended for more than four weeks, please contact the customer service center to restart your service at least 48 hours prior to your first service day.
