Waste Management provides professional, efficient and courteous curbside garbage, recycling and yard waste collection for Kirkland residents.

Missed Collection?

If your container(s) were at the curb by 7:00 am and were not emptied, please report a missed collection by clicking here or call 1-800-592-9995 (M-F 7 AM - 5 PM, Sat. 9 AM - 1 PM) .


Holiday Schedules

Garbage and recycling are collected on all weekday holidays except Thanksgiving (4th Thursday in Nov), Christmas (Dec 25), and New Year's Day (Jan 1).

If your collection day falls on or in the week after one of those three holidays, collection will be one day later that week only.

Computers and Televisions Accepted at Curb with Prior Arrangement Recycle computers and TV sets

Computers, laptops, monitors, separated computer circuit boards and televisions contain heavy metals. They cannot be disposed of as garbage and must be recycled.

Kirkland residents can recycle electronics at the curb by calling 1 800 592-9995 (M-F 7 AM - 5 PM, Sat. 9 AM - 1 PM) at least one business day ahead of garbage collection day.
