Hillsboro Landfill - Rate Information The Hillsboro Landfill offers disposal services for construction and demolition debris or other general type of debris that you may have at your home. C&D debris is accepted at TVWR. We do not accept any food, food garbage, batteries, paint, paint thinner, wood stain or similar products, or any chemicals, fertilizers, pesticides or similar products. Food and food garbage may be disposed of at the Forest Grove Transfer Station.
