Extra Garbage Tips

Bulky Items

Extra Garbage

There is an an additional charge for each extra bag or container (15-gallon, 65 lb. limit) that doesn't fit in your garbage cart with the lid closed. If you often have extra garbage, you may want to increase your garbage cart size to avoid overflow and extra garbage charges. More

Bulky Items

Bulky items like mattresses, appliances, console televisions, furniture and building materials can be picked up by special arrangement.

Order a bulky item collection

Contact Waste Management Customer Service or 1 800 592-9995 (M-F 7 AM - 5 PM, Sat. 9 AM - 1 PM) .

Reduce Your Garbage Costs!

Garbage Rates vary according to cart size. Recycling and food/yard collection can help reduce your garbage enough that you may be able to order a smaller size and lower your garbage bills.
