Snohomish County (South of the Stillaguamish R)
- Brier
- South Everett
- S. of 112th St SE (magenta & blue on map)
- Eastmont
- Silver Lake (incl.75th St overpass)
- Uninc. areas south of the Stillaguamish
- Lake StevensAnnex Areas
- Lynnwood (east of Hwy 99)
North Snohomish County (Unincorporated areas north of the Stillaguamish between Stanwood and Darrington)
