Waste Management provides professional, efficient and courteous curbside garbage and recycling collection for residents of Liberty Lake, Millwood, and Spokane Valley, as well as unincorporated Spokane County.

Missed Collection

If your container(s) were at the curb by 6:00 am and were not emptied, Click Here or call 1 877 466-4668 (M-F 7 AM - 5 PM, Sat. 9 AM - 1 PM) / 509 924-9400.

Holidays

Collection is provided as usual on all weekday holidays except

  • Memorial Day (last Mon. in May)
  • Independence Day (July 4)
  • Labor Day (first Mon. in Sept),
  • Thanksgiving Day (4th Th in Nov),
  • Christmas Day (Dec 25) and
  • New Year’s Day (Jan 1)

If your service day falls on one of the above weekday holidays, or in the week immediately after a holiday delay, collection will be one day later that week only. More

Weather Related Delays



Curbside Collection

Garbage is collected weekly from garbage carts provided to residents. .


Recycling is collected weekly from blue recycling bins.


Yard and Food Waste are collected weekly from subscribers from March - November and monthly on the first pick up day of the month December – February.
