Western Washington Service Delays
December 8-11, 2009:
Some Frozen Material Not Emptied; Collection Delayed to Next Scheduled Day for Each Container
Because of sub-freezing weather the week of Dec 8-11, material was frozen inside some container(s), and so they could not be emptied. If your residential container was not emptied because of frozen contents, please keep the uncollected material until your next regular collection day for that container, when the extra material will be collected at no extra charge.
No credit is given for delayed collection due to weather conditions, since collection and disposal or processing costs still apply.
We appreciate your cooperation.
