Service Delays:

Waste Management is committed to providing reliable collection service for all customers. However, circumstances such as unsafe roads may interfere with regular service schedules on occasion.

When there are collection delays, they will be posted here and announced to the news media. Waste Management will also call as many customers as possible with phone updates.

  • If you have too much material to fit in your containers, check our Tips for Managing Extra Garbage and Recycling.
  • You can e-mail Customer Service regarding specific concerns by locating your city or county on the menu provided.
