This facility is the centerpiece of the regional recycling system, processing materials from households
and businesses in Eastern Washington, Central Washington, the Columbia Basin, North Idaho and Western Montana.

This new, $47-million facility processes recyclables collected from nearly 195,000 households and businesses in Oregon.
